Mark Bochner Returns!!

Although the Bombers lost their second game in a row, 6-3 to the Storm, it mattered little to most Bomber faithful. Mark Bochner, #16 was back on the ice for the first time in 7 1/2 months. Mark broke his leg in a game back in the Twin Oaks league and it was a long recovery. "I was a little rusty with the puck but the leg felt great." said Bochner. Playing alongside his brother Dave and high scoring Jean Eric Hoyer, Mark was always in the play. "He got a breakaway chance on his first shift and nearly scored. That would have been great. He looked great out there!" said Bill Auld.

So the calvery has already started to arrive with the return of Bochner and there is more to come. Ulfie Vanderchuk signed a new contract and Tony D'anna is set return to his true sport after a suffering a dissappointing loss in the ING NY City Marathon.

Next up on the Bomber schedule- a sunday 11/14 matchup with the Whalers-game time 9:35.
