Next Game 7/3/07 9:45pm vs the Patriots

VERSUS

Bombers Welcome Back Ice Devils With 6-2 Loss

Playing with a shorth bench, the Bombers still managed to play a spirited game against the heavily favored Ice Devils, only to fall to a 6-2 score. The Ice Devils, who had once been thrown out of the Twin Oaks Premier league in 2004 for unsportsmanlike play, showed constraint in the game and recieved just 1 penalty. The Bombers managed to stay out of the sin bin completely.

After the game Alt Capt Mark Bochner commented "it is too bad because (goalie) Josh Burke came up big. He saw a lot of shots. Against a team like that we needed to finish on all our chances and we didn't."

Next up for the Bombers, the first place Patriots.
