The Bombers, optomistic due to a restructured C league ended up instead taking one on the chin last night falling to a new look Metro Fire team 7-0. The Bombers had their usual fun but could not get past the Fire and their new lineup. Metro Fire has essentially become a Madison High School alumini team and all that good coaching from D'anna and Auld is coming back to haunt the storied franchise. Especially considering the one Madison player poached by the Bombers has gone missing of late.
No real need for a Bomber Box Score on this one-on to a 3 game week next week-Monday v Scandic, Wednesday vs Chiefs and Sunday vs Chiefs.
