The Bomber Hockey Club managed its 2nd win of the BSA Summer C season by beating a Predator squad that never managed to tie the game but never went away either. The Bombers won 5-3 on a balanced scoring attack with goals from B.Auld, Rosenberg, Simpson, M.Bochner and D'anna. All were impressive passing displays as the Bombers notched 9 of a possible 10 assists on the 5 tallies.
The penalties were up from the previous contest but that was due to an officiating crew that looked to keep control of the contest. One pesky predator was thrown out for arguing with an official but all in all that was an isolated incident.
Next up for the Bombers-July 7th v the Rink Rats.
