Bomber Fans Concerned

"Not the way we wanted to go into the playoffs" was the sentiment overheard in the Bomber locker room after a demoralizing 7-3 loss to the Admirals which followed a 6-0 loss to the Storm, the team the Bombers will face in the first round of the playoffs and a 6-5 defeat to the last place Puck Pimps.  The organization has to right its ship in a hurry if they hope to win another championship.

"We can rebound-we are the most storied franchise in NJ adult ice hockey history after all.  We can build off the experience of our crew.  Its nothing new to us." said Bomber Bill Auld.

They need only look to the summer of 2001 when the group won only one regular season contest but came up with a big playoff run-finishing the able BHT squad 2 games to none in the finals to earn their fourth franchise championship-their last in the hallowed barn known as Chimney Rock Ice Rink. Even with the late season losses this regular season was far better than that year, with the club holding first place for periods of time.

So come see the storied franchise skate towards an eighth Bomber championship on Saturday night 8pm versus the Storm.
