Bombers Losing Streak Now 3 Games

The Bombers have been playing well but not well enough during their three game losing streak. "We're letting up too many goals. The offense is there." said Bomber Mike Gilbert Jr. And he may be right-the Bombers have scored 13 goals in the past three games but have let up 18 over that same span.

A bright spot in the organization has been minor league call-up Mark Poltarak who has scored 5 goals in the three games he's played in. "We're happy with Mark. We knew he had the scoring touch in the minors. But this is a different level. He showed he belongs." said Bomber Chief of Scouting Moose Mcdougan.

So the Bombers will return to the ice next week after the all-star break for two games- a Feb 7 rematch against the Vudoo and the Feb 9th matchup with the Predators.

And hey, I thought Calvano was coming back?
