The Bombers needed a shootout to beat the high flying Whalers 6-5 on Tuesday Nov 22. Bill Auld scored 2 goals, to give him six in his last three games and Bob Calvano, John Zimnoch and Lupe Poltarak provided the other Bomber scoring. Jean Eric Hoyer' had 2 assists on the evening and scored the only goal in the shootout. Josh Burke denied all shooters in the shootout-a common occurance for the Bomber netminder- to secure the victory.
