Bombers Lose Battle with Patriots 9-1

The Bomber Hockey Club fell to the first place Patriots by a 9-1 score in a chippy contest Tuesday. League Commissioner Heather Gast was present at the game and said "the Bombers played with them for 2 periods, but the third was not good!" An all too familiar trend this season with the Bomber Hockey orginization. Patriot Anthony Gallo's goon tactics apparently showed he wanted payback for last year's reports that the Bombers hierarchy would "never" honor his request to become a member of the club.

Ice Devil's 4 Goal Third Period Downs Bombers

Playing with a purpose, The Bomber Hockey Club held tight with the first place Ice Devils on Monday. The Bombers were able to go into the third period tied 2-2, but a hatrick from some guy named Grubb and an empty net goal downed the Bombers who fell to 2-6-1.

With Fear in Eyes Patriots Forfeit Game vs Bombers

The Bomber Hockey Club moved to within one point of a playoff spot with this morning's stunning turn of events. With a noticable look of concern in his eyes, the Patriot's captain Olgie Olgethorpe declared his team would not show for their game against the Bombers on July 3rd. Olgethorpe said his team was "not prepared to play the Bombers style of game" and prefers a "more slash and gash approach to hockey. We wouldn't be able to keep up and I think it is in the best interest of my team to take our penalty minutes home." said Olgethorpe.
